Frequently asked questions
- We handle private parking notices at any stage (including debt-recovery letters and letters before claim), TfL penalties at any stage, and council tickets from the Charge Certificate stage onwards (Charge Certificate, Order for Recovery, bailiff letters). We don't take on initial council PCNs, or appeals that are already open with the issuer or a tribunal. Court claims and CCJ-related matters are reviewed individually. Upload your notice and we'll check.
- 50% of the current balance on your ticket, confirmed in a quote once we've reviewed and accepted your case. So if the balance is £160, you pay £80. You see the quote — the price, the action we propose and the refund terms — before you pay, and nothing is payable until you accept it.
- An initial council PCN has its own representation and tribunal route, and an appeal that is already open can't be taken over. We focus on the enforcement stage — Charge Certificate onwards — where the rules work differently. If your ticket later escalates to that stage, come back and we'll check it.
- If we can't take your case on, there's nothing to pay — we only ask for payment after we've reviewed and accepted it. If the appeal is unsuccessful under the terms agreed in your quote, you're refunded under those terms.
- Typically 2-4 weeks, but it depends on the issuer and the circumstances. We'll keep you updated on WhatsApp throughout the process.
- We handle the appeal from start to finish and keep you updated on WhatsApp under your case reference. If the appeal succeeds, we send you the issuer's written confirmation. Paying us is not proof that your ticket has been cancelled — the outcome is only final once the issuer confirms it.
- No. We are independent. We are not affiliated with any council, Transport for London, parking operator, or government authority.
